Congrats to Chenshaw and Lumin.
And thanks to Woodfish for organising the comp, and then dragging out the tension by taking a tortuously long time to upload the results,

Hey that's right, isn't it? The game with the forth highest score gets forth place?

Congrats to Chenshaw! Same goes to all others who entered as well.
My apologies to all. I was planning on taking part in judging and reviewing all of the games, but I only had one night to download and play everything. Naturally, that would end up being the night the Adrift site was down.

I expected Chenshaw's to come in first, but I was way off in my guess for second place. (I figured The Road Leads Nowhere would get it...not that I'm complaining about the actual results! :P)
What's really weird is looking at all the numbers...seems like people either really liked or were seriously underwhelmed by my game. Only two were in the middle. Does this mean I get the Banana of Discord? How does that work, anyway?

Yes, it's amazing how much opinion varies, with all the games, really. I mean The Road Leads to Nowhere has everything from a 2 to a 9. The top entries (except my own, which I thought was kind of average) I wasn't surprised by at all, although I did expect David's to place higher.

It's always surprising the way these things come out, and even more surprising to see the way some people voted. But I know from organising a few comps in the past that voting is always kind of bizarre.

I'm actually quite happy to be 7th, considering it 's the first time I've had a time restraint. Congrats all!

Congratulations, everyone! A good comp, I think.
And man I can deal with miscellaneous congratulations for my first shot at a game in a while.
